Industry experience - a measurement of our staff's industry-based experience - both specific and general. With technology and trades always changing and adapting to one another we grade our staff based on those developments and their direct experience with those trends.
Credentials - ensuring our staff have the right qualifications and certificates to work in their designated fields by lower and higher tier levels. We also grade them according to any additional certificates that diversify their work environments, such as first aid and DBS certificates, as well as public liability insurance to ensure your peace of mind.

The purpose of this examination is to understand the capabilities, tools/equipment possession of candidates, and how much supervision they require for the non-management roles.
