DEFENITIONS- 

WE, US, OUR refers to Kite Construction Recruitment

CLIENTS refers to company's, individuals, groups, organisations that require or have used our services by supplying staff to them.

OPERATIVES refers to firms/ individuals using Kite construction recruitment to provide them with work.

CLIENTS-

1) Client information

1.1 We use client information for purpose’s entirely related to company business. We use client data for reference in order to identify and upload previously saved records. the information we collect from our clients are dependant on the entity of the client whether the client is an individual, group, company or organisation.

The records kept of our clients and their relative entities are their relative name/names, email, addresses, telephone/mobile contact numbers, financial information.

1.2 Any new clients who approach us need to be verified through identity checks and credit checks for the purpose of fraud prevention and confidence checks. We supply/use this data to/on third party companies/websites for these very reasons. 

1.3 Kite construction recruitment collect Clients data for the purpose of communication. The intent of contact will be to provide employee details, contract initiation/management and promotional business offers. 

1.4 Client data is saved and stored in our companies database and retained for as long as business continues between us and the client. Once the client has stopped using our services we keep a record of their data up to 5 years after which their data will be securely disposed of.

1.5 We use business analytics and cookies to track clients movements via our website to make informed decisions related to relevant marketing and business operations and practises.

1.6 Clients have the right under the Data protection act 2018 to amend/ rectify or have their personal data removed from our database at any time.  Clients also have the right to opt out of promotional business related messages. 

OPERATIVES-

2 Operative's information-

2.1- The collection and use of the operative's information is for business operations within kite construction recruitment. We use your data to determine appropriate job roles when a job becomes vacant.

2.2 Your data will be provided to all relative third parties for the purpose of fraud prevention, credential checks, legal right to work in the UK checks & to be paid. Third party recipients of your data are

2.3- Your data will be stored and saved in our company database for the purpose of recollection and to monitor jobs undertaken and provided to you by us. 

2.4 Your data will be used in order to gain consent when and where it is required by law.

• Name, address, home and mobile no., email and home address
• National insurance no.
• Date of birth
• Driving licence number
• Certifications and qualifications and CV/employment history
• References and details of referees
• Nationality/ immigration status (through right to work check)
• Bank details, where applicable

Sensitive personal data:

• Health information including whether you have a disability
• Criminal conviction data, where applicable
• Race or ethnic origin (via right to work check)
